Do I need a credit card to start my free trial, and how do I cancel?+
I didn't receive my verification email or text authorization code. What should I do?+
Verification happens in two sequential steps during onboarding. Follow the troubleshooting steps for whichever step you are currently completing:
Step 1: Email Verification Link (Account Setup)
This happens first when creating your account.
- Check SPAM / Junk: Check your spam or promotions folder first, as this is the most common place automated emails land.
- Verify Email Address: Confirm there are no typos in the email address you entered. You can attempt to sign up again to verify if the account was registered.
- Whitelist Domain: Ensure your email provider or corporate firewall allows emails from
@cmasnap.com.
Step 2: SMS Authorization Code (MLS Connection)
This happens second when connecting your MLS profile.
- Check MLS Profile Phone Number: Ensure your official MLS profile has a direct mobile phone number listed. If your MLS profile lists an office landline or main board number, the SMS text code cannot be delivered.
- Carrier Compatibility: Confirm your mobile service plan supports short-code automated text messages.
If you are still unable to complete either step, please reach out to support@cmasnap.com for manual authorization.
Which MLS datasets are supported, and what if I can't find mine?+
We currently support major regional networks, with more continuously added. If your MLS isn't listed, contact us to request integration!

- BCSMLS – Bryan-College Station MLS
- CTXMLS – Central Texas Multiple Listing Service

Why is my MLS not listed?

At the end of 30 days you will subscribe or let your trial expire. You do not need to cancel.
