How do I change my login email address?
To change your login please email address, send an email to support@cmasnap.com. Include your current login email and the login email you would like to change to. We are typically able to make this change within 48 business hours.
I didn’t receive my authorization code.
Ensure your MLS profile has a direct/mobile number that can receive texts. If you use an office number, the code will not be received. Contact support@cmasnap.com for manual authorization.
Why is my MLS not listed?

How do I upgrade my subscription to get 2 months free?
Login to your CMAsnap Under your account name to the upper right click the email then select billing. There you will see an “update subscription” option to click. The next page will show you a monthly / yearly choice. Select yearly and follow the remaining instructions,
How do I use “referrals” in my account?
When you are in your account (click the drop down arrow at your email in the upper right corner) you will notice a link for Referrals. There you will find a referral code. Give this code to a friend/colleague and they will receive 10% off their subscription to CMAsnap.

How do I change a comp?
On the Comps page, if a property is highlighted, it’s in the report. Clicking on the highlighted property you do not want included in your report, and check the one you prefer. If it’s highlighted, it’s in the report. If not highlighted, it’s not in the report.
How can I remove a comp?

Can I add my own comps?
Yes. On the Dashboard page, scroll to the section where the comps are lined up side by side. Scroll all the way to the right and click the blue “Add Comp” button. Enter an address or MLS number, then select property. Ensure that the details are correct and click Submit.
Does CMAsnap include off-market closed sales and FSBO data?
No. When CMAsnap searches for relevant comps it only pulls MLS listings. Appraisers require verifiable sales data (e.g., closing statements) for off-market transactions.
