What makes CMAsnap stand out from other CMA tools?
CMAsnap goes beyond automated estimates by combining speed and automation with your professional judgment. It handles the busywork but lets you fine-tune comps and make adjustments—so your CMAs reflect real market insight, not just an algorithm. Read about our technology and philosophy.
Is CMAsnap good for identifying property similarities and differences?
Yes! CMAsnap automatically measures and accounts for differences in static attributes like square footage, lot size, bathroom, year built etc. When running our search algorithms, the selection process also matches stories and pools based on Fannie Mae guidelines and allows manual selection of key factors for CMAs.
Can I use CMAsnap on my phone?
Absolutely! CMAsnap offers full functionality on any device. Just open your browser and log in as usual.
What is the trial period for CMAsnap?
CMAsnap offers a free 30-day trial. We do NOT take any credit card information. At the end of 30 days you will subscribe or let your trial expire. You do not need to cancel.
Which MLS Datasets are supported?
Why is my MLS not listed?
This means that we have not worked with your MLS before. The technical process is very easy, but we need to have a discussion with the MLS owners. Shoot us an email at support@cmasnap.com if you can help introduce us. (…and thanks!)
Can I add a property that did not sell in the MLS?
Yes, but EXERCISE CAUTION! Appraisers require closing statements for verification and must show that a property has passed requirements for Arms Length and exposure to an Open Market. To add, click “Add Comp” on the Dashboard page, enter the address and select from the dropdown. Click “Search Tax Records”, then Create Report. You can then change the status and enter the sale details.
I didn’t get my email verification, what do i do?
First check your SPAM filter, this is the most common reason people do not get their authorization. Second, make sure your typed your email correctly. You may need to try and create your login again to see if it was already created. If not resolved, contact support@cmasnap.com
How can I remove a comp?
